Do not drive while having sleeping medication

Remember the last thread about someone wreck my car? It's my turn to "wreck" my car, I was going back to my mother house (I was staying at my father house) and I was in sleeping medication, but things happened when I was switching the third gear to second gear and suddenly my car slide down to the drain. There's no major pain but my head just twisting around like hell.
